Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Validity
Your ticket is valid only for the specific date you selected during booking. Tickets cannot be transferred to another person and are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
2. Entry Requirements
Please show a valid booking reference (digital or printed) at the gate. For safety, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
3. Ride & Activity Safety
Some attractions have age, height, or health restrictions. Please follow all safety instructions given by our staff at each activity.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Changing your date: You must request to reschedule at least 48 hours before your booked date (subject to management approval).
Refunds: We only offer refunds if the organizers cancel or reschedule the event.
5. Conduct & Prohibited Items
Please follow all queue lines and staff instructions to keep everyone safe.
We reserve the right to remove anyone causing trouble or risking the safety of others.
Prohibited items: Weapons, drugs, dangerous materials, and pets are not allowed inside the Christmas Village.
6. Weather Policy
We open rain or shine! However, specific outdoor attractions may pause temporarily during severe weather for safety. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
7. Your Belongings
Please keep an eye on your personal items. The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
8. Photography
By entering, you agree that you may be filmed or photographed for our promotional use. Commercial photography requires prior permission.
9. Availability & Queues
Attractions are subject to availability and may close for maintenance without notice. Please be prepared for wait times at popular attractions.
10. Food & Drinks
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. There are independent vendors inside the village; please note that the organizers do not control vendor pricing or service.
11. Health & First Aid
If you have a medical condition, please check with staff before trying physical activities. First aid support is available on-site if you need it.
12. Ticket Security
We do not accept duplicated or tampered tickets. Attempting to use a fraudulent ticket will result in denied entry.
